Most rentals span over a 3 day period.  Pick up is available at 4pm the day before your event, and return is available by noon the day after your event.  This time can be flexible, depending on availability. Please contact us for details.

Delivery is included within Courtenay and Comox.  Delivery is available for Friday drop-offs and Sunday pick up.  If a same day pick up and drop off is required, this is an additional fee of $25 each way. Delivery to Cumberland: $25 each way. Campbell River: $40 each way.

Yes, absolutely! If you see the item you would like to rent elsewhere for a better price we would be happy to match the price. 

We have a 14 day cancellation policy. Refunds will be processed if you are cancelling outside of this cancellation period, minus a 3% administration and processing fee.  Cancellations within the 14 day period will not receive a refund. No refunds will be made for unused rentals or shortening your rental period.

We suggest a timeline of 2.5-3 hours for every themed party.

Yes! We offer a variety of add-ons such as personalized goodie bags, t-shirt making, popcorn machines, and candy walls. If you have a specific request or activity in mind, we’re happy to accommodate and work with you to create a memorable experience.

Our rentals do not include set-up.  If you require set-up, please let us know and we can offer you a quote for this.  Set-up can also be added on for specific themed parties.
