Booking & Payment
- Full Payment is taken at the time of the booking.
- A damage deposit of $100 for all rental bookings, returned within 48 hours of return.
- We accept payment via e-transfer, credit card, or in-store payment.
Damage Deposit
Items that are less than $50 to rent, we do not take a damage deposit for however; the renter is responsible for the full value of the item if returned damaged. The value of the item will be noted on the rental agreement.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing
- Cancellations within 7 days of the event is non-refundable.No refunds will be issued for unused items or early returns.
Pick-Up & Delivery
- Pick up time-frame: Rentals can be picked up during store hours.
- Pick-up and return times must be arranged in advance. Late returns will incur a fee of the daily cost of the rental.
- Delivery and pickup service is available for an additional fee and is subject to availability.
- Client is responsible for ensuring someone is present at the delivery location at the agreed-upon time.
Rental Period
- Pick up time available 1pm-4pm the day before and drop off time 10am-12pm the day after the event.
- Extended rental periods are available upon request and may incur additional fees.
Responsibility & Care
- Rented items must be returned in the same condition as received.
- A cleaning fee of $50 will apply to items returned excessively dirty (e.g., glitter, food, paint, sand).
- The client assumes full responsibility for loss, theft, damage, or destruction of rental items during the rental period.
- Any damaged or missing items will be charged at full replacement value.
Safety & Supervision
- All rentals, especially party games and equipment (e.g., Nerf gear), must be used under adult supervision.
- The Party Hub is not liable for injury or damage resulting from the misuse of rented items.
Weather & Outdoor Use
- It is the client’s responsibility to protect items from inclement weather.
- Items should not be left out in rain, snow, or high winds. Water damage will result in replacement charges.
Photography & Marketing
- We reserve the right to photograph setups using our rental items and use them for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.
